Shipping Policy

Shipping Information：

We currently offer free delivery services to 26 regions in the EU mainland . This does not include EU island regions. Shipping costs are covered by Kukirin, and orders are shipped from Poland or Spain. GLS or UPS handles deliveries to different regions in the EU. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, stock orders are typically shipped within 0-2 business days (may also ship the same day), excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Delivery takes 3-7 business days. Any delivery dates provided by Kukirin are estimates.

Note: Order arrival time = Order processing time + Delivery time
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays due to restrictions imposed by manufacturers and courier companies. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.

Special circumstances such as large orders, new product releases, or replenishment days may result in extended shipping times.

Note: Once the product is signed for, Kukirin is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. For any items lost, stolen, or damaged due to GLS or UPS service actions or inactions, we can assist you in filing a claim with GLS or UPS, but we are not primarily responsible.

Note: After shipping, it may take several days for the tracking number to activate in the courier company's system. If this information does not appear on the courier company's website, please try again later.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the latest information and to contact the shipping company regarding any changes in delivery dates. Kukirin is not responsible for any parcels that cannot be delivered.

Shipping Changes and Cancellations:

Before Shipping:

  1. You may cancel your order by contacting us at info@kukirin.se. Cancellation will not be confirmed until you receive a valid confirmation email from our customer support team.

  2. Address Change: Free if contacted the same day of ordering and before shipment.

  3. Order Modification: Free if contacted the same day of ordering and before shipment.
    Note: Shipping schedules are generally processed and shipped on the next business day after your purchase. If the order is purchased during business hours, our shipping processing time will be fast, and changes will not be possible.

After Shipping

If you request to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you can choose one of the following return methods:

  • Option A: Use our prepaid return label. You will be required to pay a return shipping fee based on our official return rate table (the fee varies by destination country and product weight. For example, the standard return shipping fee for most e-scooters shipped from our warehouse to Sweden is €98.77 / approx. 1,116 SEK). This amount will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Option B: Arrange the return by yourself. If you arrange the return independently and have received confirmation from Kukirin's customer service team, no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, the customer is responsible for paying the courier directly and ensuring the safe transportation and successful return of the goods. The customer must choose a shipping service with signature confirmation, and we strongly recommend adding additional shipping insurance. Kukirin is not responsible for any damage, loss, or other events related to goods arranged by the customer.

2.2 Return Process & Fees (For non-quality issues)

For returns due to non-quality issues, the return shipping fee policy is as follows:

  • Using Kukirin's Return Label: A return shipping fee will apply according to our official return rate table. The exact fee depends on the destination country and the product's gross weight/dimensions (For example, for a standard e-scooter returning to Sweden, the fee is approx. €98.77 / 1,116 SEK). This cost will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Self-Arranged Return: If you choose to ship the item back using your own courier, Kukirin will not deduct any return shipping fee from your refund. You will only pay the shipping cost directly to your chosen courier.

Please do not ship your e-scooter back to our warehouse without prior authorization. You must first contact us via email to receive approval and the correct return shipping address.

Process:

  1. Contact us at info@kukirin.se to request a return and obtain the return address.

  2. Once approved, inform us whether you will use our prepaid label or arrange it yourself.

  3. If using our label, Kukirin will provide it, and the exact cost (based on the rate table, quoted in EUR or equivalent SEK) will be deducted from your final refund.

Order Tracking:

If you have registered an account on kukirin.se, you can track your order as well as shipping and processing information. If you have not registered on our website, you can still track your order using your order number or through the respective logistics official website. If you have any questions, please email info@kukirin.se.

Note: If you have not received your scooter yet but the logistics order shows that the goods have been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. After 3 business days, we will no longer process this issue, and the customer will need to contact the respective logistics company to resolve the issue.
